Pre-requisites:

Exchange 2003 CDO Patch 6980.3 Fixes a bug which causes CDO applications to hang if an Outlook 2003 client accesses the listserver inbox

Visual Basic Runtime

On Windows NT or 2000, you will need the Windows Installer 2 (MSI)

Other Requirements (For Exchange 2000 Version):

CDO libraries must be installed. They are installed with Exchange 2000 server, but a default installation of Microsoft Office will result in the CDO libraries being uninstalled. Use Add/Remove Programs, to check that the CDO component of Microsoft Office is properly installed.

To run Ikakura on a separate server (not the Exchange 2000 Server), you will need to install the Microsoft Exchange Server Management Tools. It may also be necessary to install Windows 2000 SP3. You should also add the "Server Name" value to the
  HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\ReddFish ListServer\Parameters
registry key.

Important! You need at least Version 3.1.1 if you are running Exchange Server 2000 or later.

Changes:

20 January 2004: Version 4.0 is out now this version has been tested against Exchange Server 2003, and features a new MSI installer and many bug fixes. You can still access the manual for Version 3.1.1 here.

10 June 2002: List Server version 3.00.0191 fixes a problem which prevents external recipients from being added on systems running Exchange Server 2000 Service Pack 2. This problem did not effect SP1 or earlier versions of Exchange Server.

April 2002: RFDAPI.DLL version 3.1.0.1 replaces version 3.1.0.0 which showed version 3.0.0.0 for locales other than NZ (no changes to code)
